Cookbook: I <3 Soup by BEVERLY LEBLANC

It is getting close to Winter here on my side of the planet, and during the cooler months, we are huge soup eaters in my family.

This book has the best variety of soups I have seen contained in one volume. There are some recipes for Summer soups, but I am determined to try some of the cold weather soups this season.

The recipes sound easy and the ingredients are easy to find for the most part.

I’m excited to try her version of Japanese miso soup and the Italian bean stews.

This can be purchased on Amazon.
