It happens. It is going to happen. Especially if you are an avid or constant reader.
You get hyped about a book, only for it to disappoint your terribly.
I am not talking about a story going in a direction that was unexpected, or you wishing the Author hadn’t killed off one of your favorite minor characters.
I am talking about a book that completely fell flat and you were horribly disappointed.
What book was it for you?
For me, it was this one.
MY THOUGHTS:
Why was I so disappointed? Because it fell totally flat. I would not consider this a full-length look at Zapple at all, and I feel the Beatles’ was used as a selling point, as it covered very, very little specific to the Beatles.
Even the photos were grainy and disappointing.
I like to promote books. Sometimes I come across a book that just doesn’t hit the spot for me, but I feel others will enjoy it, so I share it.
But sometimes, a book just fails me completely.
What book or books disappointed you in 2016 and what books are you waiting to read in 2017?
Thoughts?

probably Shug by Jenny Han. I was super disappointed that I thought making a review on it would be a waste of time. of course I don’t blame Jenny Han at all. since I’ve read her books from latest to oldest. so the expectations were really high after reading to All the boys I loved before series. also a novella that I reviewed for a blog tour. it was just not well written.
