THE NEST~ by TERRY GOODKIND

I enjoyed this book for the most part. The main character, Kate Bishop makes a strong heroine. I could see this book being turned into a television mini-series, say six episodes over a two week period.

The book starts off strong, but from about Chapter six through Chapter thirteen, it is nothing but Kate and a female detective talking over coffee. And talking…and talking…and talking… Now, there conversation is very important to the plot and story, however it does drag out for a bit.

Hang in though, because it is worth it.

This is NOT for the faint of heart. It is very graphic, but also a very gripping tale once you get past Chapter 13.

Even though the book slowed for several chapters, I highly recommend this book.

I was approached by SkyHorse Publishing to review this book, and received a complimentary hard back copy to read and review at my choosing. I would like to express my gratitude to the Publisher and Author. 🙂
