this one chef q

As many of you know, I do not cook, however I am addicted to cook books and cooking shows and like to experiment in the kitchen from time to time.

This book is full of recipes that seem intimidating at first, but once you take them step by step as you are supposed to, you will see they are really quite easy.

So, don’t let the names intimidate you.

Fall is my favorite time of year and I love the foods that come along with this season.

In this book, you will find recipes for:

The recipe for the Hokkaido Squash Veloute’ with Scallops (sounds fancy, yes?) Only takes about 5 minutes prep time, 30 minutes cooking time, and serves four people .

Chef Q also gives you tips and substitutions for certain ingredients.

So, if you are ready to fall into the Autumn season like I am, I highly recommend this cook book.

Have fun and let me know what you tried.

Chef Q in Paris-The Fall Collection by Didier Quemener is available for purchase on Amazon.
